Your first month with StratEx
After agreeing to engage with StratEx, our staff and our new client’s team holds an implementation meeting whose purpose is to collect pertinent employee lifecycle data, get a rough overview of the status quo of the client’s HR process, and to complete the building of the new client. Our team then gets to work transferring and translating that client’s data and workflow into eStratEx, with nominal effort by the client.
At this point, we roll out and train the client’s key management team and their advisors on the proper use of eStratEx, soon followed by an introduction to the employees. The methods utilized in this step range from on-demand remote tutorials, to webinars, to onsite classroom training and are very effective at teaching an already highly intuitive self-service system.
On a parallel track, our HR Account Manager performs an HR Gap Analysis with each client to identify particular strengths and weaknesses with regard to legal compliance, HR process and workflow. This allows him/her to map out our client’s strategic HR priorities and focus on areas of high liability or underperformance in the organization moving forward in the client relationship.
The key point here is that when you engage with StratEx and utilize the eStratEx platform, you are not left to yourself with regard to learning and implementation. Most companies we engage with have shared that the many systems they had previously used have been underutilized due to their lack of time or effort devoted to fully learning and implementing the system. In other words, they got an incomplete implementation.
With our HR Account Manager, we have not only an individual who is fully fluent on the capability and versatility of eStratEx, but in that same individual a full understanding of the subtleties and nuances of your HR setup. This results in a highly reliable and recognizable translation of your company’s needs into eStratEx- and a scalable solution to help move our client into the future.
